They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.

Interview
Telefoninterview mit dem Recruiter, dann Telefoninterview mit dem Einstellungsmanager. Danach wurde ich zu einem Gespräch vor Ort eingeladen und aufgefordert, einen Online-Persönlichkeitstest zu absolvieren.
Das Interview vor Ort bestand aus vier Teilen (jeweils einstündig):
1. Gespräch mit dem Einstellungsmanager/OPQ
2. Allgemeine SW-Kenntnisse
3. Fachliches Experteninterview
4. Denksportaufgaben
Die Interviewer waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich stand während des Interviews nicht unter Anspannung.
Rund zehn Tage später erhielt ich die endgültige Entscheidung (ein Angebot in meinem Fall).
Alle Reisekosten (ich kam aus der Ukraine nach Deutschland) wurden von Nokia bezahlt.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
