Interview
This is a very casual workplace, and the interview reflects that. Since this is a seasonal workplace and your position and salary are reevaluated each season, you re-interview each year you return.
Interviews are a one-on-one conversation with the Camp Director that lasts for about 30 minutes. If you are a returning staff member, the interview will basically take the form of an employee review.

Interview
Brief interview with the director of the camp and they let me know I got the job on the spot. I applied online via email and was given an interview fairly quickly. Overall a very clear and stress free process
