The interview process was well-constructed. The first round was less formal, consisting of a face to face conversation with the CEO. This was followed by several rounds of meetings with not only senior management/HR but with future direct reports. This provides a good 360 overview of candidates potential to succeed within the company. Noble Brands' interviews are very fair and allow for a good bit of conversation, enabling candidates to ask any questions that may be on their mind. In addition to interviews, the company provides several assessment tests to gauge personality traits and the likelihood of success with the company.
