I didn't get to the interview process; I was weeded out by what I was told would be a "personality assessment". It wasn't a personality assessment though, it was a test called Emotify. Emotify discriminates against people with a disability called Prosopagnosia, which I have. That basically appears to be the whole purpose of Emotify.

I was asked to recognize facial expressions in an online test.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nobilis Group (Irving, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
Slow, cold and impersonal. First step was an online assessment. 6 weeks go by and I get a generic link to take a second assessment. That is followed up by an email letting me know that it's my first round interview. It's one of those one-sided per-recorded video interviews. To have such a lengthy impersonal interview process is off-putting and makes the job candidate feel unwelcome.
