Interview
HR shortlisted the CV from LinkedIn. Mr. Gadhadhar was taking interview along with HR. Set a schedule by Teams and call started on-time. Was not referred by any internal employee.
They conductod the assignment already and now conducting Technical interview for tomorrow. So I don't know how to do that interview so I came here to get some knowledge about technical round.

Interview
Before the interview an assignment is given and you get 5 days to answer. It's intended to test your research and analytical capabilities.
This screening process is followed by two sets of interview.
First with the research scientist
Second with an executive and the scientist.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First set of interview is to understand your motive to pursue your field and your journey to this position; this involves basic questions like;
Why did you choose your field?
Why NoPo?
Any clarification they need from your resume.
There is generally a buffer of two days between responses. So prepare a lot before your second round(This was not my best)
Second round with the executives is oriented with behavioral questions and technical clarification the scientist need to make sure you are the right fit. This involves questions like:
Summarize your journey?
Do you think you are a responsible person?
What would you do if i gave you 10 g of CNT for free?
Do you set a goal to achieve your target?
What is the CTC you are expecting? (Please be ready with an answer)
The second part of this interview is with the scientist whom you will be working with:
If you have done characterization on any of your previous work , be ready with the analysis of those results. It will help you in framing your responses better, which was certainly not the case with me.
Also be ready with two references which can be shared with them promptly.
Anyway be your best as NoPo expects the best.....
