Hey, I have a question if you dont mind. I have a friend who works at a TD branch who knew one of the customer service managers at another branch. He set up a meet and greet for me exactly 7 days ago, very friendly cs manager as well as branch manager. They told me to create an online profile so if i was selected I could be recruited via the hr department. Based on the time frame suggested (7 days) should I follow up? if not does this suggest that they are not considering me? My friend who 'referred' me said I have a good chance after speaking to the customer service manager. He said it's the waiting game based on if I'm selected through my online profile. What are your thoughts? thanks
