Likes Very supportive people around, Variety of products to learn everything about them, Learned almost everything that it takes for a product to deliver, Had to do everything, Explored all departments(sales, marketing, design, estimation after sales, quality, customer support), Dislikes NO salary you deserve...! Don't give any facility...! The increment is always delayed by around 7-8 months. Salary always delayed, no logic in salary delay...! Their rules & policies have no logic...! The management is just the worst people driving business just because they want to enjoy their life while extracting everything from others life...! Work Details for my job:- The designation has no logic in this company I was responsible for everything happening around. There are challenges every day though I liked it but becomes hell sometimes. It was irritating very much for my last 1 year. Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings) Work related travel: This job involves no travel / travel within city.
