Telephone interview and typical competency based questions. 2nd interview with the director. Lots of emphasis on the mission and values of the organisation. Very easy process was made to feel comfortable throughout.

Two managers that interviewed me were very nice and it felt more like a conversation of us getting to know each other rather than an intense interview, which was nice and allowed me to show my personality as my nerves were reduced.
