Nirvana Enterprises interview questions

A recruiter emailed me and then called me twice to set up an interview with his manager. They made me wait for twice and the manager didn't even show up.

Basically, it is an Indian consultancy, pitching candidates to join them. Interviewer was polite and very good person. Anyways! First, they ask you to pay 700$ for training. God knows what they teach in that. Adding fake experience to candidate's profile( min 8 years), getting projects from various companies and earning commission through salary difference (for example they'll get 150k from employer, pay candidate only 75k, rest goes to consultancy ) is their "overall structure". The only reason international candidates ever joins a consultancy is they sponsor visa for him / her.
