Messaging the HR and sharing Portfolio. Short interview via messenger. Then accomplishing test task - 60 sec vector video. I was given 3 days o do this. Then test task review with HR and boss. After this I sucessfully got an offer.

Interview
They sent me an assessment/ project before conducting any interviews. I responded with a 15-page project, and they didn't even confirm the reception or let me know if I was out of the recruitment process. The assessment was weird too. You can only download the document with the instructions once and they also send you a video that's impossible to open.
