      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Sydney) in Nov 2025

      Interview

      The process was structured, fast-paced, and professional. I went through three stages: an initial HR screening, a hiring manager conversation, and a final discussion with a VP. Each round focused on different aspects — cultural fit, technical understanding of the role, and broader customer-centric thinking. The interviewers were friendly, direct, and asked practical, scenario-based questions rather than theoretical ones. Communication was consistent throughout, and although there was a short delay while they completed other onsite interviews, the recruiter kept me updated. Overall, the process felt thorough and fair, and the team made an effort to ensure both sides were aligned before moving forward.
