Technical Interview – A remote session focusing on technical questions.
Behavioural Interview – A conversation centred on past experiences, communication style, and cultural fit with situational questions.
In-Person Code Test – A live coding session conducted onsite.
I went through the process, including completing a time-consuming assessment and multiple follow-ups — only to be completely ghosted without a single update. Not even a rejection. This is not just unprofessional, it's disrespectful. I had serious plans and even delayed other opportunities because I believed this company was worth the wait. Turns out, it was a total waste of time. If you're a future candidate, be warned: prepare to invest your energy with zero guarantee of basic courtesy or closure. The experience was incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on how the company values people.
