I applied through UPS website for the role around 2-3 weeks later I received an email inviting me to an interview, I attended the interview and around 2 weeks later I was offered the job

Discussed the shift, showed alot of concern over the hours. Seemed overjoyed because of experience in warehouse(Barely any).
Was told about the imaginary benefits, like paid breaks, 10€ph.
Was offered the job at the end purely out of desperation,(20 interviews that week).
