Nightlight Christian Adoptions interview questions

The interview is done in person with the Executive Director and/or President. There is a 2nd interview done by the Executive Vice President. The interview is straight-forward with questions related to the position you are applying for and questions related to the organizations values. They are seeking people who are called to work in foster care and adoptions.
