I applied online. I interviewed at Nightingale Education Group
Interview
I went through multiple rounds of interviews. The HR department had told me different timelines than the admissions department and had painted a much better image of the school in my first interview. The final interview I attended felt as if they had already determined I was not being hired at all and made some comments about me moving from a couple different roles in less than a year. I had to let them know it was for health related reasons. They said I would hear back by mid week and I’ve heard nothing.

Question 1
Describe a specific time when you received or gave feedback and what the result was?
Recruiter screening, two to three panels, written assignment or writing sample. Met with people on direct team and those in leadership. Everyone was friendly and process took about 2 months.

Interview
Applied through the website and was contacted by a team member to "complete a follow-up assessment prior to interviewing with the hiring team." No submission date was given and I had to follow-up for it, which was the first red flag. I was told "have it finished by early next week so we can schedule you for an interview." I completed the task and didn't hear back for weeks after repeated contact. Eventually, a talent inbox reached out to deny me without interviewing. GROSS hiring practices indicative of a poor communication and people culture.
