first interview went well its basically a 1 on 1, interviewed with someone from HR and then he left the room to bring in the department manager. questions asked were no big deal, easiest interview of your life. 2nd interview sat down with HR again and then a Co founder Jason. Again everyone was really cool, interview questions were basic and easy to answer. After the second interview it goes to a panel of the people you sat down with. Overall it was a good interview process, took a little long and felt like I was in competition a bit but then I got the offer. I did not get drug tested which I found strange but it is a vape company so.. 420 up my dudes just don't do it at work.
