Interview
Applied online, and also interviewed online with the team from Serbia. Very pleasant conversation with no tension. We mostly focused on my experience and my motivation for the role. There are usually three rounds of interview, the last one with the hiring manager. No personality or cognitive tests.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nicoll Curtin (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
First stage was a telephone interview and then a face to face interview. It was formally informal, relaxed interview with no real pressure. Felt like general conversation which is good.
Absolutely no follow up which thought was very unprofessional. Went in on Friday morning and was told i would get a phone call at 12 noon to let me know if I was successful or not, never got anything back, not even a simple message to say they chose not to select me, which would have been much better than not getting anything. Soiled the experience for me.
