They use the STAR interview format. It was a virtual interview. Panel of two people, one was hiring manager and the other was his peer. They were very serious and scripted throughout the interview .

Tell me about a time when you had to influence change
Short phone screening with HR recruiter, one hour interview with direct manager, followed by a 20 minute interview with manager’s boss. Recommend having a good answer to “tell me about yourself,” why you’re interested in the role, and have 5-6 anecdotes ready to explain how you can complex tasks, teamwork, dealing with customers, etc. They use the STAR format.

Tell me about a time when you had to work in a complex team environment to deliver on an important project.
Initial application was online. Received an invite to interview after roughly three weeks. The first interview was Star format. Interview was virtual with three interviewers from different departments. Virtual interview was followed up with in person interview within a couple of weeks. The time to respond from application to first interview to second interview was very long. Company was responsive to inquiries.
