Interview
Several sessions: HR, 1-1 technical (1 hour easy), group whiteboard (difficult task for whole day with around 2 hours online session), management (general talk). For whiteboard you receive a case and a half/full day to create solution, presentation and defend your solution in forum of several architects from the company (probably your future team).

Interview
Phone interview was done by Director. This was followed up by an in person interview of peers and managers. Peers had technical questions about internals of databases and windows related questions. Managers questions were more about dealing with teams and adapting to work culture.
