I applied through our TnP Officer and the process was as follows:
1) Aptitude Exam
2) Technical Interview
3) HR Interview
then salary and position elaboration.
HR Interview was tough but Technical Interview was fairly easy
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NiCE in Oct 2020
Interview
During Application period they told position was Associate Software Engineer.
Later we found out that it was Support Engineer without technical knowledge.
They told package was 4.75L + 25k bonus. later found out that it was 3.75L + bonus upto 100% ( !!! ).
There were 3 rounds - Aptitude test , Tech interview, HR interview .
NO CODING ROUND in any stage.
They chose top 260 students from out college from IT/CS/ENTC.
shortlisted 50 from aptitude.
total 15 openings were there.
Aptitude Questions - 20 for Computer Fundamentals, 15 for Quant , 15 for Verbal Ability.
1 hour, No sectional cutoff, it HAS negative marking (-25%). 1 mark for each question. total 50 marks.
Questions were tough for Computer Fundamentals, solved just 4/5. For Other sections I attempted all questions.
You will get all that bonus if you are doing night shifts and get good rating from boss.
