I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NiCE (Singapore) in Nov 2013
Interview
The whole process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Recruiter contacted initially for a position and then informed a month later that the CV was shortlisted. Recruiter tried organising an interview 3 different time and later cancelled last minute as there was some deadline, or urgent foreign trip or some such excuse. The interviewer called directly to cancel 30 minutes before an interview but said the recruiter will be in touch next week to reschedule. Finally received an email to say my candidature was not going to be taken forward. This is decidedly strange, not to mention extremely unprofessional. If this is how the company works, then its definitely not a good place to work for.
Very negative experience! One time I applied for opened position. The recruiter asked to schedule an interview far in the future, after what simply disappeared and never replied to emails. Second time they reached me via the linkedin, saying I am a good match and after asking for resume salary etc never responded again. I think it is very unprofessional and with 0 respect to candidates. Possibly, they investigate marker this way.
Recruiter wasted my time by not responding to my emails, then forgetting about our exchange and trying to headhunt me again. Don't bother with anyone from this company reaching out to you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NiCE (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Contacted by their internal recruiter via Linkedin to apply for an open PM role. The role has been vacant for 8 weeks which is a red flag in this current very saturated competitive market. The recruiter let me know at the end of the interview there would be 3 additional interview rounds plus an onsite and a case study presentation.
