Easy as pie. Saw an ad on facebook, had a typing test and was interviewed by my recruiter, then a Supervisor on the floor and was offered a position immediately.

Walk in interview take test on computer, if you pass then they schedule you for a second interview and ask a series of questions related to past job experience
