This was an initial Zoom chemistry call with the talent manager. The interiewer gave the impression he wasn't fond of me from the off. This was a shame as I've collaborated with the company in the past & felt that I'd have been a good fit. I had hoped to have an opportunity to interview with the team that I would have been working within, as often talent managers are unable to answer position-specific questions. The interviewer told me to expect a follow up in a couple of days. I followed up to say thanks & asked some questions on the position and the team structure, I didn't receive a response and chased again after 6 days - still no response. I received a stock-standard rejection email for the role 8 days after the call.
