I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nextech Systems (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was asked to complete a programming assignment that included UI tests, unit tests, integration tests, server-side caching, API calls to an external API, and a UI page with pagination.
After completing the assignment and notifying them, I was told that the spot was filled but I was being considered for another team.
I followed up numerous times after this, but got no response.
Very unprofessional interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nextech Systems
Interview
Brief phone interview, followed by asking me to build a .net core app for them to look at. They asked me to make a sample .net core app for them to review. I provided a working .net core to their specifications, complete with unit tests and offloading long-running processed to azure functions. They did not continue with the on site interview and provided completely hazy feedback. Disrespectful waste of my time, and idiotic to not even to talk to the developer about their code.
