The interview was a joke. Very few technical questions. I should have known better. After the team decided to hire me, the offer took about a month with no communication from the company unless I pressed them for it. This type of mentality continues far after the interview. I was interviewed by a team of managers. Some of them came in late and left early. That is also a trend at this company. At the time of hire, I was unsure who my supervisor would be. A person called to offer me the job who was not qualified to do so.
