Straightforward interview process where you meet many different managers and peers with great visibility on the company, achievement of others, billing targets, clients and how they work. The sales incentives are incredible, I have travelled the world with NV and created amazing memories and great friends. This is a place for someone who wants to achieve and push themselves, you will get highly rewarded for your achievements

Interview
Proactively approached the business and mentioned I was interested in working with them. Had a phone call with the director the same evening and a final interview two days later. Very clear in questioning, with great attention to what Next Ventures could bring me and what I wanted to achieve both in my professional and in my personal life. They were the only company that had ever asked me which market I actually wanted to do, rather than just pitch anything to me they had a desk in. We discussed what I expected from Next Ventures and what they would get from me if they'd hire me. Great, open and inspiring conversation. Signed straight away.
