I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Next Generation Insurance Group

Interview

First sent in a resume and cover letter explaining why I wanted the position. Then received an email for setting up an appointment for an interview. It was a three interview process. The first interview was with the administrative assistant, the next was with the adminstrative assistant along with the marketing dept. and fellow office employees, the last interview was with the boss of the company. The culture was very relaxing and friendly, they want to get to know you and how you work.

Question 1

Most unexpected questions was "what was the last movie I had seen!" as you can see from this question they are a relaxed environment looking for someone who likes to have fun but still get the job done.
