I applied in-person. I interviewed at Nexgrill Industries
Interview
The interview process itself wasn't too difficult. I had regular design questions with the hiring manager and CEO. They have an interesting R&D structure, which can be both beneficial and challenging. Everything was fine until the very end. In my experience, they lacked transparency; new requirements kept popping up even after my final interview with the CEO, which was never disclosed upfront.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nexgrill Industries (Chino, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Nexgrill Industries two weeks later (Chino, CA) in November 2019.
I was lucky since I did not get an offer. Think about CoronaVirus Haha!!!They asked you travel to China at least 2-3 months at a time, couple times a year. You have to stay at dorm at the factory not a hotel. Why? Hotel cost much more, Cheap! It is typical Chinese Company but they do not sponsor you for H1B. As far as I know 60% China factory living and working condition pretty poor. I realized Nexgrill just a trading company after I did some researches online. They buy Grills from China and sell in US market. The company was located on a notable spot at a big street in Chino.NOW, it had moved to the corner of a small street.
They ask you to write down what is your weakness and strength upon arrive. COME ON, treat people like an adult NOT a high school graduate. STOP put all the fake job ads online. Look at your office space; you do not have enough space for the jobs/people you put online.
