3 round of interviews happened for NexGEN, All were i would say was average. 1 Telephonic round - this was screening round to knnow what exactly you do about your role & responsibility 2 Face to face round - this was a pure technical round including .net interview basics till Architecture. 3 HR Round & Final discussion
