I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Newton One Advisors (Newark, DE) in Dec 2012
Interview
Newton One will interview you, requiring multiple interviews at odd hours and at various locations, all because they're replacing an employee that's not currently cutting it (who was still working there, poor guy)... the odd thing is, when they're done wasting everybody's time, they'll never contact you again. The advisors also do not know the industry in which they're selling products...they think insurance products will provide better guarantees "because rich people live longer." As if there's a "rich people mortality table." They're convinced they're the cream of the crop as financial advisors, when they really just sell life insurance.

Question 1
"What would you do if you had more work than you can possibly complete, even if you put in extra hours?"
