I was initially interviewed over the phone and once again in store.It was easy and painless.She basically was interested in my skills,availability and past experiences.There was a brief demo of on hands job duties and then I demonstrated those tasks required in the store for her.

Met in a public setting. the interviewer described in detailed what the job involved and gave a tour of a job site to familiarize me with the requirements.
