After speaking with the recruiter, I was scheduled the next morning for a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and their direct manager. Feedback per the recruiter was that the interview "went really really well" and I was scheduled next with a technical interviewer that same afternoon and another HR stakeholder the following day. After the last round on a Thursday I was told to expect to hear back the next day or early the following week. I waited until Tuesday and then sent a message to the recruiter and hear nothing. A couple days later I emailed another follow up and still did not get a response. I have since taken another offer elsewhere, but this type of experience does not leave a good impression of the company or its hiring teams, especially after I gave up my time for 4 separate interviews and was given positive feedback each time.
