Applied online through my university. Got the 1:1 interview with the recruiter on campus. Then got a call after about 20 days for an on-site interview in Atlanta, GA. The process was very easy and interviews were typical situational based and laid back. On site interview was 4 30-minute back-to-back interviews with employees working in the M&A integrations team after the Newell and Jarden merger. Got an offer within 3 days after. The company culture was great and recruiters make you feel very comfortable.
