they are looking for people who will work on l1 basis and not on quality and hour spend. There is no overtime or growth. The interview process they did not ask me relevent field quetions
Asked detailed questions about background, CV, motivation, career goals and future plans, skillset. 2 interviewers and it went on for almost an hour. Discussed and analysed certain regulatory issues in the financial sphere.

Why did you think the Fowler Oldfield incident at Natwest happen?
Yes it was quite a process. It started at the beginning, carried on throughout the middle and ended at the end. It was the over all experience that led to my feelings around the process.
