New mgmt is good. Focus on improvement and changing the company progressively. Supportive and listen to feedback. Also solicit feedback from staffs. Too many meetings at entity and at group level.

The interview started with the manager asking me about myself. There were then scenario-based questions asked including what I would do if a co-worker was late and what I would do if a customer couldn't find their child's size in the store.

was quick an good, like all the questions were easy to answer and they also gave a lot amount of time to process the interview also the whole process took over 3 week to complete the interview and other rounds
