Interviewed online. Emailed resume & cover letter and received a response approximately 1 week later with a sheet of exercises to complete which were fun and challenging. This was followed by a phone interview with a series of standard interview questions. One question stood out as challenging and this was what I didn’t like about working at my previous roles. After the phone interview I was asked to interview the following day via zoom with the co-founders. Interview was okay, It was seemingly very casual and had valuable discourse. I was told at the end of the final interview I would hear back within 1-2 weeks. I didn’t hear back until close to a month later after a bit of radio silence from the team. This felt very confusing and was frustrating on my end. I did not get an offer which I had assumed was the case, and had seen online the position had been filled but I had not been given notice. Overall the interview process was standard and challenging- but I wish there had been more transparency in the end.
