There was a phone screening interview first. Then I had two interviews with two different hiring managers on Zoom. I received an offer from one of them a month later.
The interview was relatively relaxed. This was a high school summer internship in the underwriting department. I was asked the basic questions about school experience and what would make me a valuable addition to the team.
