The interview process was very professional and informative. It was conducted via Zoom and contained an informative slide show presentation highlighting the company's statistics and success. There was time to ask questions as well.

Very informative interview process. Explained clearly the training process, goals of the job, and compensation structure (which is rather complicated!). Helped to understand what was needed and tools available to succeed.

The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager

They may also ask situational questions, such as describing a time I managed risk or demonstrating how I handle time management and prioritization.
