Structured hour long interview that delves into education, work experience, as well as personality traits and hobbies. Proceeded by company overview and general sales overview. Overall a normal large firm interview.
It was great. The hiring manager was very transparent and made the process make sense. Feels like a very fast pace self starter job, that's exactly what I am lookin for.

Interview
Interview was with the managing partner. 2 of interviews with the same person. If you have a pulse they will hire you. Just be your self and smile. Other than that when you pass your exams they sponsor it.

Tell me about yourself. What would it be like working here and what tests I need to pass.
Zoom meeting with other people narrowed down to the next process. Then zoom with hiring. Went through the process of learning about insurance sales and the company itself. They discussed previous experience in an unrelated field.
