It seemed more like who I could help them recruit then an interview for myself. I feel that a lot was left out in order to paint a picture of all the money that they make. No leads are given.
3 step process, once over the phone and two in person. Hired after 3rd interview and starting onboarding not to later after that. Very easy and simple process that they have streamlined.
This interview was very professional and respectful. They are more than willing to help you obtain a license! Everyone is quick to respond to emails (even at early AM times).

Online application, follow by two in person interview. The interview is very long with a lot of legal checking like three year of tax return copies, last salaries and commission veifications
