Interview
Very lengthy and thorough process. They seem to take their time with candidates. Office was very professionally run and presented. All of the employees that I met were professional, upbeat and positive about the company. The recruitment team has a defined process and I never felt rushed through it. I sat through four interview/educational sessions. Additionally, I asked to meet with some employees to get their take on the company. My request was granted and I found these meetings to be most informative. It was in this meeting that I discovered that not all structure, pay and commission details were revealed previously.

Interview
A personality assessment was emailed to be completed before the first interview. Next was the initial screening Zoom call with manager discussing role. After that interview I was invited to a career opportunity group zoom interview. Then after that group zoom you meet back with the original hiring manager for the final interview and project presentation with the initial manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you prefer working on a team or as an individual?
Was brief, mostly looking for a personality that matches the job and more so with your actual manager that you will be working with and not the entire company. Had about 3 different interviews and did some exercises that would show a little bit more about who I was and what kind of personal - not work related - experiences I had.

There isn’t much of an interview for this position. It’s honestly more of an opportunity for them to get you excited to join. There’s a reason 90% of new agents do not make it through their first year. It certainly isn’t undoable from my limited research but it feels very MLM in their organization.
