The first step if I remember correctly is a phone interview. Secondly, there is a one on one interview with the managing partner. The questions are pretty generic such as where have you previously worked, why do you want to intern at New York Life, what is your favorite class and why...etc

applied online 2 interviews, all behavior, one with hr and one with the team. Overall its a easy interview process. I didn't get a offer but the whole process took around 2 months.
Easy process, phone call with recruiter and then director. Behavioral and a few technical questions about experience with softwares. Overall nothing tricky and prepared a little. Didnt hear back for some time and had to follow up a couple of times.

It was a phone interview. The interview was recorded, lasted about 30 minutes. Asked some basic terminologies of life insurance. They will asked the difference between the insurance products and explain your reasonings. Lastly, need to solve a deferred annuity problem.
