My interview process consisted of: 1: Video call screen with leadership 2: A take home challenge builing a full-stack react-django web application 3: In-person interview with techinal questions, live coding, and algorithms I personally thought the interview process was fine. I made it to the final in person interview everything seemed to go well. My only issue with the whole process was being ghosted after my final interview. I would have a appreciated any feedback on my finished interview process, even a generic we decided to go with another candidate email.
