      Language Instructor Interview

      13 Dec 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Burnaby, BC
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New Link (Burnaby, BC) in Dec 2014

      Interview

It was a one-on-one interview. I met the director in the meeting room. The director briefly reviewed the resume, asked me to introduce yourself, raised specific questions based on what usually happened in the classroom, and then presented the working schedule and environment. Sometimes candidate would be required to prepare the class as a presentation to other teachers so as to receive feedback. If the class presentation is passed, the new teacher could teach classes.
