I had a terrible, TERRIBLE experience interviewing with New Jersey Future. I originally applied for an entry level role. Sent in my cover letter and resume. Got an e-mail to set up the first interview which was more like a screening call. Second interview confirmed for two days after that. Third interview confirmed for two days after that. It was between me and one other person. I WAS GHOSTED FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT. I did not get a final no until I followed up four weeks later. A week after that, I get an e-mail saying the final candidate accepted another offer. Was I still interested in the position? I said yes and had a phone call with the hiring manager. Seemed like it would be an offer, but she only set up a FOURTH interview with another staff member with whom the role would be working closely. After that, a phone call was established. Mind you, it took three weeks to get this call on the schedule because the hiring manger communicated so poorly about her timeline. Again, I thought the call was gonna be an offer. The hiring manger then asked for REFERENCES and my salary range. Thankfully I accepted an offer from another employer and withdrew my candidacy from NJF at that point. Terrible, terrible experience. Would not recommend trying to find employment there.
