Initial interview was with Executive Director, Assistant Director and Education Director. A second interview included the above and Finance Director. Interviewers rotated through a set of questions, asked me about my experience and gave an opportunity for me to ask questions. I feel the interviewers gave me a good idea about the culture of the workplace.
