Inconsistent job requirement as the interviewer changes on the spot. Vague job description and pay grade. Was told that I was asking too much for a salary during the first meet but second time around, they said it was reasonable.

Start introducing myself. Then the manager asked me some questions related to my teaching subjects. How many years of tutoring experience. And my expected hourly rate and availability. Lastly, I was asked to provide reference.
