      Project Manager Interview

      27 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ipswich, MA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New England Biolabs (Ipswich, MA) in Jan 2025

      Interview

1st Teams call with TA went extremely well. Move on to 2nd round - Teams meeting with hiring manager also went extremely well. Moved to 3rd round, in-person interview with seven team member including the hiring manager. I thought all interviews went extremely well. I was even told by the hiring manager that the next round would be meeting the Head of HR and CEO. Was told HR would reach out with next steps. Four days later I received an email from Talent Acquisition asking to speak with me that afternoon. I knew then that I wasn’t moving onto the next round and the phone call confirmed it. I asked for feedback and was told they use a “rating system” and that I wasn’t a good fit. Very disappointing.

      Question 1

Same questions repeated by each team member and nothing terribly original.
