New Constructs interview questions

My encounter with New Constructs was decidedly positive, even though I didn't ultimately join their team. Part of the interview process included a comprehensive coding assessment as a way of determining suitability for the next hiring round. Amidst receiving another job offer during the process, the team at New Constructs showed great understanding. Their compassionate approach left a lasting impression on me, reflecting their deep respect for potential employees and their individual circumstances. Despite not joining the New Constructs team, my experience left me with a high regard for the company. I anticipate the possibility of our professional paths crossing again in the future.

Completed a coding exercise that was data related. Had a phone interview with the Engineering Head. Had a day of on-site interviews with 7 people that lasted 2 hours. Most of the questions were about projects I've done and about my resume.
