Interview
Simple. Application, pre-phone call and in-person interview. The questions on the application were pretty typical, I probably over-thought them. I also provided a cover letter, but I don't think it was required. All staff were kind and put me at ease.

Question 1
Some clinical case study questions (what would you do), one related to seizure care and one respiratory. It felt like they wanted to gauge what I already knew, but weren't trying to trick me or trip me up.

Interview
They were very kind and patient! I think they would be a nice company to work for, but as a new grad, I think I need hospital experience first. After I have hospital experience and feel more like a seasoned nurse, I could imagine loving this type of work.

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
Interview more focused on welcoming you rather than grilling questions. Some scenario questions, for example describing thought process of caring for patient with respiratory distress. A short medication calculation quiz was given at the end of the interview.
